New booking system for the laundry rooms

With the new system, you can:

• Book and cancel laundry times directly in your phone
• View available time slots in real time
• Unlock your laundry compartment using your mobile phone or the tag attached to your apartment key

Getting Started with Loxess

The new laundry booking system is managed through app.loxess.com, where you can book and manage your laundry reservations. You can also download the Loxess app from the App Store or Google Play to view your bookings and unlock your laundry compartment.

Getting started:

1. Go to app.loxess.com.
2. Create an account using the same email address that is registered on your tenancy agreement.
3. Log in to book, cancel, and manage your laundry reservations.

During your booked time, you can unlock your laundry compartment via app.loxess.com, the Loxess app, or by using the tag on your apartment key.

Important Information

• As long as the current booking board remains in place, the existing booking system will continue to apply.
• Laundry times booked in the old system that occur after the transition to the new system will not be valid. These bookings must be made again in the Loxess App once the new system has been activated.
