New booking system for the laundry rooms
We will soon switch to a digital booking system via Loxess.
The new system is expected to be installed and ready for use on June 12.
With the new system, you can:
- Book and cancel laundry times directly in the app.
- View available time slots in real time
- Unlock your laundry compartment using your mobile phone or the tag attached to your apartment key
Getting Started with the Loxess App
The new laundry booking system is managed through the Loxess App, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
Before the launch, you will receive an email from Loxess with information about how the system works and how to activate your account.
The email will be sent to the address registered on your tenancy agreement.
Important Information
- As long as the current booking board remains in place, the existing booking system will continue to apply.
- Laundry times booked in the old system that occur after the transition to the new system will not be valid. These bookings must be made again in the Loxess App once the new system has been activated.
