Kajeka takes over property management - new housing portal

In recent years, Tvistevägen has been managed by Riksbyggen, but Campus X has now chosen to let Kajeka Förvaltning AB (“Kajeka”) take over the property management as part of an effort to get closer to both you as tenants and the properties in the area. The goal is to provide you with faster service and an even better overall living experience.

The change of property manager will affect both current residents and those looking for rental apartments on Tvistevägen:

• For current residents, this means some practical changes, the biggest being that campusx.se will become your new property portal, replacing “Mitt Riksbyggen.” You can find more practical information about the transition HERE.
• For those looking for housing on Tvistevägen, available units will now be published HERE. You can read more about our rental policy by searching for “Help & Guides.” Please note that you need to be registered as a user on campusx.se in order to both accumulate queue time and apply for an apartment.
