Information for tenants
From December 15, 2025, Campus X will hire Kajeka Förvaltning as a new property manager as part of getting closer to both you, the tenants, and the properties in the area. The goal is for you to receive faster service and an even better overall experience of your accommodation.
In connection with the change, some practical changes will be made. Here you will get a comprehensive overview of what is most important to know, especially regarding rent notices and fault reports.

New housing portal - Mitt Riksbyggen disappears
To make it easier to find the right information about your accommodation and the area, we are launching a new housing portal here at campusx.se.
Here you will find everything related to your accommodation in the form of my pages where you can see agreements, notices and make fault reports, as well as a section on news and activities in the area and answers to the most common questions about your accommodation on Help & Guides. Also take the opportunity to visit Livet på Tvistevägen, which shows services in the local area.
How to log in
1. If you have registered your personal identification number, you can log in with BankID, which we recommend.
2. Go to campusx.se and click on “Log in” on the home page or on the symbol at the top right.
3. Enter the email address you previously had with Riksbyggen and click on “Send code”.
4. A code will be sent to your email, use it to log in.
Is it not working? Contact us HERE and select “My account”. Briefly describe what is not working and enter your address and apartment number and we will help you further.

Rent notice – important information
The transition means that the notices will be sent from a new system.
Your first notice
For the first rent notice, which will be sent on December 11-12, the following applies:
• Sent as a PDF via email.
• Check your spam folder if it does not appear.
• If you are missing the notice, check your My Pages and if it is not there either, contact us HERE.
Invoices on My Pages:
On My Pages you can:
• See current and previous notices
• Follow payment history
• Download notices when you need them
Choose how you want to receive future notices:
All of your invoices can always be viewed by logging in to My Pages. In addition, invoices are sent as PDFs to your registered email address. If you want to use e-invoice or direct debit, see the steps below:
E-invoice
1. Log in to your internet bank
2. Search for Campus X Bostäder AB
3. Click on "Connect".
Direct debit
1. Log in to your internet bank
2. Go to register direct debit or equivalent.
3. Search for Campus X Bostäder AB.
4. Accept the consent.
On your bank statement, the payment will appear as CX_Bostäder.
Maintenance requests
All maintenance requests are made via logged in mode on campusx.se. When you are logged in, you will find the error report at the top right, where you can easily register your error report.
During the transition period itself, response times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding, we are doing our best to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Office for the facility managers
We plan to open an office here in the area, at Tvistevägen 3D, with permanent staff who we expect to be in place in January 2026. Until then, we will operate from our office at Thulegatan 3A.
New parking numbers
In connection with the takeover, the numbering of the parking spaces will be updated. The parking spaces are now divided into areas 1, 2, 3 and 4. If you have a number that starts with 1, you will find your space in area 1, numbers that start with 2 area 2 and so on.
The parking areas are marked on the area map. You can find a new area map HERE.
If you already rent a parking space, you will of course keep the same parking space, it will just get a new number. You will be notified when the numbers have been updated.
